Antibes was my first stop, then Toulouse, Bordeaux, Orleans, and now Paris for the entire month of April.  I do love France: the people, the food, the wine, and especially the beauty of Paris.  I hope the latest photographs will be enjoyed by all.

Hello site visitors.  This is my first foray into the world of websites or into the blogosphere.  I hope I am up to it.

Building this site and selecting which photographs to include and which ones to leave out was much like packing a suitcase for a long journey: one cannot pack everything but one must pack something.  I suppose some sort of discipline must be exercised.  Hopefully, I am up to the task.

The photographs I have taken throughout my time behind a camera fall basically into four classes: those I like and others hate; those that others like and I hate; those that are liked by me and others; and those that are not liked by myself nor anyone else.  I have tried to include in my galleries here photographs that fall into the first three categories.  The last category is of no use to me or anyone who might wander on to this site.  All I can do is hope that the ones I have chosen to include on this site are worthy of being viewed and enjoyed by at least some of those who visit.  Not all will be liked by all; not all will be disliked by all.  The goal is to present a portion of my work that appeals to the largest group of visitors.

Comments are welcome.  Good, bad or indifferent, all are valuable in helping me determine which photographs are to remain and which are to be left behind.

I appreciate those who spend time here viewing my work.  Hopefully, it will not be a waste of time.
